Choosing a roofing contractor can be a daunting task. After a recent hail storm in Keller, roofing companies were everywhere in our neighborhood. In fact, in became apparent that many of these companies were based outside of Texas with no established roots in our community. Fortunately, I have known the owner of Patrick’s Roofing for many years. Patrick was my son’s youth baseball coach for five seasons. If you have ever coached any youth sport, you know very well that it takes someone who is dedicated to his family and his community to be a coach. With no hesitation, I contracted with Patrick to repair my roof. Patrick sent Bill Dietrich to communicate the details of the transaction such as cost, insurance process, timing, expectations, gutters, etc. My particular roof was very steep, two story with many difficult angles to be measured. Bill has sophisticated software and old fashioned “know how” to make sure the measurements are accurate and insurance reimbursement was optimized.
